At Airtel, I engineered and managed core backend components of a DAG-based low-code decision tree platform used by 350+ million customers across business units like Airtel Black, Xsafe, Airfiber, and IPTV.I did design and development of a robust multi-tenant architecture, enabling reusable flows, isolated configurations, and secure access controls—dramatically improving platform scalability and onboarding speed for new verticals.My strengths lie in system design (HLD/LLD), backend architecture, production issue resolution, and building systems that are resilient and extensible.
