Joined Roku as Vice President, International in May 2018 as the single threaded leader to start and build the international business. Accountable for creating and executing the global expansion strategy. Responsible for the international budget area, managing OPEX investment and prioritization decisions across all the teams that touch international. Teams include product engineering, business development, content distribution, advertising, marketing, and the G&A functions. Identified and prioritized a roadmap of new markets, devised the market entry strategy, and launched priority countries. Responsibilities include all aspects of market entry including entity creation, establishing TV OEM, retailer, and content partnerships, as well as hiring and now managing the local teams.
