I am a Partner in the Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services area with more than a decade of experience providing expert testimony on accounting, financial, and business valuation issues in litigation cases in both state and federal courts. Our goal is to assist attorneys in complex financial matters in the areas of Family Law, Business/Commercial Law and Intellectual Property Law. Began career as an auditor with a Fortune 100 company serving as the Foreign Operations Audit Manager and then spent 10 years serving as a Controller for a regional financial institution. This previous work experience provides a unique skill set to effectively assess financial and accounting records to assess fraudulent transactions, develop lost profit models as well as business valuations in a variety of industries. The additional skills acquired through legal education provides a perspective that addresses both accounting and legal aspects.
