As the Senior Program Manager for overseeing CAP\'s National Technology Center, I\'m responsible for leading and administering the largest public safety/emergency services small unmanned aerial system (sUAS) operation in the nation. This national program encompasses all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico and includes the more than members. The program currently oversees the operations of over FAA registered sUAS and manages well over 2,500 FAA licensed pilots. The small unmanned system program encompasses our organization\'s search & rescue (SAR), homeland security (HLS), defense support to civil authorities (DSCA), and disaster relief (DR) missions. It is also working in aerospace education and cadet programs to enhance STEM education throughout the school systems on a national level and provide a clear path for CAP cadets to develop themselves in the field and have the preparation to attend a UAS Aerospace Engineering program at one of the many universities that host such a program in the U.S. The NTC also provides program oversight and management activities for the Airborne Extensible Relay and Over-the Horizon Network (AERONet) Program, the Command and Control Communications Program, as well as providing assistance to the Geospatial Programs, Remote Sensing Programs, and the Operations Security Unit. Additionally. The MTC oversees the operation of CAP\'s National Headquarters Warehouse facility.
