Handling day to day operation of Finance function at the factory to ensure proper accounting and finalization of factory and company accounts• Day to day activities includes coordination with Inter department, inter location and corporate team • Accounting, Ledger Scrutiny, Ensuring monthly trial closure & related schedules• Monthly Profitability & other Balance Sheet Schedule Preparation• Various MIS, Budgeting, Business Plan and Fund request, Fund Monitoring & Allocation • Raw Material, Freight, P&M, Store and Other Area accounting under ERP. • Member Purchase Committee & Scrap Sales Committee• Preparation of Cost Sheet and CAS-4 • Product Profitability and contribution, Payment to Suppliers, Ageing of Debtors & Creditors• CWIP Capitalization and Fixed Assets Management including Component Accounting, Capitalization of Project• Payroll Processing & TDS, PF and Computation of Individual for TDS & payment thereof. • Co-ordination with Management Auditors, Internal Auditors, Cost Auditors and Statutory Auditors. • Member Corporate Account Finalization committee, Budget Committee, Purchase Committee, CMR, Environment, Power and Joint Consultative Committee. • Project Cost monitoring, Project Estimate & Project Accounting, Projects Profitability• Ensuring timely bill booking of contractors, suppliers and payments.• Monitoring of monthly expenses, provisions and suggesting cost reduction measures
