Sales order management & weekly reco the open sales order to dispatch & resolve the issue for pending open order either by cancel the order or modify the order centerly so the dealer\'s credit limit is not affected • Regular Correction & cancellation of Sales Order as per the request received from the Sales team• Manual collection pulling from Dealer overdue bank a/c & posting collection entries in SAP for Channel Finance Dealer• Maintain suspense A/C for Bank Incoming entries for initially unrecognised collection & Sub dealer security deposit for new code opening & other payments received from the Dealer• Making TDS 194Q Receivable entries as per Deales TDS certificate & 26AS & Reconciles 26AS Collective entries with GL • Vendor service related PO & Non PO bill booking in SAP• Process & initiate payment for Branding Activity related bills like Television & Other Media Advertisement, Baner & holding etc• Vendor reconciliation• Handling the responsibility as a checker & approver of Employee TA & DA & Business Development Meeting activity expenses bill from system• Collect Remarks from the vendor & resolve the GSTR2B Mismatched, Not in GSTN, & Other pending GST issues
