Experienced in bioanalysis, pre-clinical & clinical pharmacokinetics, drug metabolism, biopharmaceutics, metabolite identification (biotransformation) of new chemical entities, high-resolution mass spectrometry, LC-MS/MS method development, validation, In-vitro & In-vivo ADME studies, microsurgery, micro-sampling in rodents, enzyme kinetics, reversible/irreversible inhibition assays, DDI predictions, and tumor xenograft mouse model.• 10+ years of experience with triple quad and HRMS mass spectrometry (SCIEX Triple Quad 6500+, 5500, 4500, QTRAP MS; Waters Xevo TQD; Agilent 6460; Thermo Q Exactive Orbitrap MS; Thermo IQ- X Orbitrap Tribrid MS).• A proven track record of producing scientific articles (21) and presenting technical information (11).• Extensive experience in scientific editing and peer review for more than 45 papers of high-impact journals.• Supervised and trained lab technicians, researchers, Ph.D. grads, industrial scientists, and visiting researchers while managing analytical labs.• Led projects and provided support to PIs to ensure completion of project objectives within the timeline.• Experience in working with big academic and industrial collaborations such as MD Anderson, Calithera, UT Health, UC Davis, UNC-Chapel Hill, Mars Inc, Standard Process Inc.
