I’m currently delivering 480 EV chargers across Blackpool to enhance electrical infrastructure. I liaise directly with sub contractors to discuss programme, scope of works and rate cards to determine suitability prior to on boarding. I chair weekly site meetings with both client and contractors to ensure programme deadlines are being met and outline any potential challenges that impact the project. I work closely with Energy North West (DNO) to ensure compliance and connections being made allowing our contractors to install EVC’s on highways. I manage subcontractors on site, procurement, CDM, Health & Safety, quality control, permits and technical approvals.
