About Asim Misra
With over 12 years of experience in the corporate social responsibility (CSR) and development sectors, I am passionate about creating positive social impact through strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of CSR projects and programmes. As the Lead-M&E and Programme, I oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of the company\'s CSR initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company\'s vision and values, as well as compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.I have a strong background and credentials in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), impact assessment, social research methods, and programme management. I am an accredited Social Return on Investment (SROI) practitioner and have conducted multiple evaluations and assessments of nonprofits, microfinance institutions, cooperatives, and producer organisations, using quantitative and qualitative tools and frameworks. I have also developed and implemented M&E systems, indicators, and processes for various CSR projects, using data-driven approaches and innovative technologies to measure and communicate impact. Additionally, I have extensive skills and experience in data analysis and visualization, using software such as SPSS, R, Tableau, Power BI, and MS Office. I am always eager to learn new methods and tools to enhance my M&E and programme design skills and to share my knowledge and insights with others.
