Hi! My name is Asia and I\'m a UX designer. I believe in creating purposeful technological solutions to make every aspect of your life easier. I graduated from Howard University with a degree in marketing because of my passion for business. However, after working with friends and family to create optimal web designs for their small businesses, I began to fall in love with the process of UX design. After months of research and learning, I am now following my passion for UX design and am seeking my next opportunity. As a marketing professional, I have transferable skills that complement the credentials required in a UX design position. As a marketer, I have learned how to identify what the customer wants and needs — and that makes me more empathetic. Empathy motivates me to pinpoint, understand, and then solve user pain points. Essentially, my marketing skills have taught me how I can make things better for the user. As a business owner and professional marketer, my skill set also includes the ability to perform marketing research and behavioral analysis, which enables me to conduct user research and user behavioral analysis. Over the past two years, I’ve also developed my skills in communication, prototyping, wireframing, web design, and critical thinking. I also understand the importance of using the right tools in UX design. I have experience using a number of software and platforms, such as Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and more. I am a quick learner who remains curious and adapts well to change. My dedicated work ethic, dependability, honesty, integrity, personal drive to succeed, outgoing personality, and communication skills make me the ideal candidate for a UX design position.    Design strategic alignment between I&E storytelling infrastructure projects such as the Who’s Next Innovator’s Edition Digital Series, social media engagement, program promotions, landing page, and app development, with overall TMCF marketing plan and brand. Create detailed project plans to gain a clear understanding of the required deliverables and timeframes. Provide regular communication and updates to I&E divisional leadership and internal and external participants regarding project status and upcoming collaborations. Schedule and lead internal meetings to ensure required resources are ready and available to deliver on project requirements. Leverage knowledge and experience to recommend and develop new strategies and approaches that will assist the I&E division in establishing best-in-class engagement objectives. Develop and implement strategies to increase program participation and engagement. Collect and analyze program data to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and make recommendations for improvement. Certainly!
