   Lacework is a cloud security platform. It was acquired by Fortinet in 2024 and was re-branded as FortiCNAPP)• Inherited, rebuilt (twice) and supported two high performing teams. Built and supported a well rounded team with a healthy mix of returning interns all the way up to L7 ICs manager. The team had higher than average tenure (for a startup). Aligned incentives, aspirations, roadmap and organizational needs that led to promotions of the majority of team members over 4 years• Overcame significant technical debt, re-architected and operated two cloud data ingestion platforms to power security monitoring products• One platform powers threat and anomaly detection by processing terabytes of customers’ control plane data per day• The second platform powers risk/compliance products by scheduling millions of multi-cloud tasks, scanning thousands of APIs• Pre-acquisition was about innovation, scale and speed of features. Post-acquisition was about making it cheaper and better for the customer• Gained invaluable experience while helping scale the organization (then downscale) by hiring, coaching, mentoring and collaborating cross-functionally• Led a cross-functional program to deliver compliance and threat detection products for Kubernetes. It resulted in 15% increased upsell opportunities and helped win key customer deals (USD 1 million+ TCV). The program had 4 projects, 40+ people over 2.5 years• Led by example - our team set the bar for operational and engineering excellence for reliability, scalability and efficiency• As one of the Incident Managers, helped coordinate and mitigate high severity incidents, trained and on-boarded 9 incident managers, 3 incident moderators to the rotation. Collaborated with security engineering, marketing, sales, legal, product management teams to streamline incident notification and RCA approval• As one of the Incident Reviewers, moderated and participated in blameless incident postmortems, weekly
