Manage, coach, and develop Operational Risk staff and assist Vice President Operational Risk with setting short, medium, and long-term vision and goals for the Operational Risk Management Department. Manage and balance workloads, monitor timeliness of deliveries, and manage efficiency of the department and staff.Develop and manage the following:•Operational Risk Management program •A library of company operational processes, associated risks, and risk controls.•The process for documenting process flows and incorporating risks and controls. •Process to rank-order operational risks.•Operational KRIs.•A process for integration with company’s data warehouse to produce operational metrics.•Development of control exception reporting.•Develop a process to incorporate departmental efforts within the Enterprise Risk Management structure. •Develop/identify processes to automate controls and reduce dependency on manual processes/control management.•Facilitate identification of various data sources and their integration within the Business Intelligence infrastructure.Works closely with:•Compliance Integration team and Operations on control management, implementation, and monitoring.•All operational areas to evaluate and propose process improvements and highlight/mitigate key risks.•Other departments on Business Intelligence needs and improvements.
