ABOUT ASHLEY RICE
I self-identify as a “generalist” and life-long learner. I value being well-rounded in my abilities and experiences so that I can quickly adapt to various situations and optimize the performance of my team and myself. Every challenge is an opportunity for growth. Influenced by my successful experience in healthcare and community health equity initiatives, I value the ways in which intersectionality and diversity can be leveraged to pursue innovations that produce positive and sustainable long-term impact. Currently a first-year MBA student and Business Innovation Fellow at the University of Massachusetts Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management, I have a particular interest in marketing and am open to exploring these roles across different industries! Regardless of context, I thrive when I am tasked with creating compelling, data-driven messaging and stories that captivate and inspire others. I also thrive in collaborative ventures, as I believe that everyone has a special superpower—and that teamwork can leverage these collective powers to create something absolutely wonderful and beyond our expectations!
