My tenure at B&Q as Showroom Manager honed these competencies, leading to a significant uplift in showroom performance and customer satisfaction.Harnessing over 15 years of managerial expertise, my focus is on fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within our team. The mission is clear: to create and sustain an environment where exceptional service is the norm and every team member feels empowered to contribute to our collective success.VAS is the leading panel manager of valuation reports in the specialist lending and challenger bank market. We have a panel of over 200 valuers, covering every possible specialism and property type, in every area of the UK. Our bespoke technology gives a detailed oversight of our extensive valuer panel in order to determine the most appropriate one for the case and property type at hand, matching speed with accuracy and supporting the growth of our clients’ businesses. Our panel management services speed up and improve valuation accuracy, getting more reports correct the first time. Our services to lenders help manage risk and improve accuracy in lending; for brokers, we empower their involvement in the valuation process by enabling direct instructions via partner lenders. VAS affords confident, streamlined lending practices for all stakeholders. We have a team of over 60 experts, with dedicated departments that handle quotes, instructions, compliance, inspections, payments, and post-report queries—alleviating the stress and admin associated with valuations.
