   Pursuit is a not-for-profit corporation authorized by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to provide the SBA 504 Loan Program throughout New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We are a national leader in loan approvals for this program and the only Certified Development Company that actively markets the program throughout these three states. The SBA 504 Program provides business owners with up to 90% financing for purchase/improvements to owner occupied commercial real estate and equipment purchases with up to 25 year fixed terms at below market rates. Pursuit also administers the SBA 7a loan as well as a variety of other loan programs.As a loan officer representing Eastern Pennsylvania and South Jersey, my mission is to partner with local banks and provide small business owners with affordable, long term financing options while promoting economic development and job opportunities in the community.
