ABOUT ASHLEY GORNALL
My Persona -\"Awesome Ashley - IYKYK\" Here is a snapshot about me-I truly believe I am undiagnosed with ADHD but feel that it works in my favor, especially with multi-tasking as I am bouncing from task to task-I love making lists and find myself making them on scratch paper for 2 reasons. 1- I don\'t want to waste good paper and 2- writing lists on your cell phone is not satisfying since you can\'t physically cross the item off your list- Having a long to-do-list drives me nuts. I love knocking things off my to-do-list as quickly as possible. This typically encourages me to work longer hours so my list is complete by the end of the day- I am big on kindness and uplifting and supporting others-Being outdoors is my happy place! Take me hiking, kayaking, to the mountains or the lake, to make my day. Well to be honest, I enjoy the beach too. If you want some competition, let’s play tennis-I am big on family and love my kids more than anything. They inspire me to be the best version of myself-I prefer the country over the city-There is usually at least 3 beverages with me at all times - water, black coffee, sparkling water or kombucha. I have a weird fear of running out of water and always travel with it-I also enjoy a good glass of red wine or bourbon. As the oldest of 3 girls, I was always the peace maker and problem solver. If you know me you may be surprised that I was known as the quite one. I am still the nice one, and the girl with the best eyes (fun fact my high school claim to fame was winning the \"best eyes\" award my senior year). I truly believe that there is a solution to every problem. The answer just depends on how bad you want to the solve the problem. I find that there are many parallels to this and market research. Anyone in the market research industry knows that it is rare that everything always goes to plan. You learn how to be a creative communicator, a solution based problem solver. After 20 years in the industry you also learn that nothing really surprises you anymore. I started at Fieldwork while I was in college as a recruiter and have worked in many roles over the years. I\'m now the president at Fieldwork Atlanta and LVE my job. We specialize in top notch recruiting and project management for consumer, B2B, medical professional, & pharma projects. We are always up for a challenge and would love to partner with you. If you have any questions about Fieldwork, I would love to talk to you!
