Administering overall digital business of Handset, GSM, Data & Mifi Devices, Post-paid, Enterprise, DXMINI, JIO Point and FTTH) in the Center as P&L Manager (Branch Head) as Jio Center Manager Spearheading a team of over 100 members including 8 different Vertical Leads with their Executive Teams (Mobility Lead, On-boarding Lead, Integrated Access Network Lead, Infra Lead, Bond Lead, Finance Lead, O&M Lead & SCM Lead) Conceptualizing and strategizing the overall activities of the center and ensuring constant revenue enhancement in various operations (Prepaid/Post-paid/FTTH/Device) of the center Executing planning of marketing activities of the center; evolving market segmentation and making penetration strategies for the center Leading new market creation, new product development in the center; developing territory development, conducting analysis of the territory and sub territory in terms of market share, market penetration, product visibility & network coverage in relationship to competitors increase the penetration by increase in number of retailers in the territory Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns and supervising social media strategy Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing Using sales forecasting to ensure the sale & profitability of products; analyzing business developments & monitoring market trends Generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth, identifying prospective business, establishing strategic partnership and alliances Leading Networking Team and ensuring finalization of raw material to establish towers for Jio; supervising all activities to set up infrastructure and initiating operations for smooth working of the organization
