About Asher Baptista
Currently I am working at Rohde & Schwarz as a Sales Engineer/AM in the Bay area to cover Key accounts including Nvidia, Tesla, and companies classified as Named Digital. Previously covering the Alphabet Group Companies including Google, Waymo, Taara, Verily, etc. and other accounts like AMD. Completion of the R&S GDP program.In May of 2024 I graduated with honors, Summa cum laude from Arizona State University recognized as a outstanding graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and a minor in Business. Throughout my time at ASU I worked for admission services on the Student Admissions and Recruitment Team, and for Barrett the Honors College as a Barrett student connector. I completed an internship for Coto World as an Engineer Intern in Tokyo serving as a web developer/designer as well as general tech support. I am also alumni of the para-professional organization Devils\' Advocates otherwise known as the tour guides of ASU. In Devils\' Advocates I served on both appointed and elected to an executive board position putting me in charge of leading and making decisions for the organization. I also have experience on a variety of technical projects in a variety of coding languages and technologies in both team-based and individual environments. These include projects such as my Senior Engineering Capstone project redesigning the ASU 3D print lab queue system as a full stack web application, or my Honors Thesis creating a researched business model.
