Engaging in the settlement and validation process for the flexible service providers in the various pilots. • Working with Market Operations Lead in management of the distribution flexible service contracts during commercial operation• Analyse the necessary operational and financial information to prepare performance statements for customers operating within flexibility service contracts • Working closely with the Account Holder for each flexible service provider• Involved in developing improvements to the settlement tool and testing of same• Feeding into market process mapping sessions and development of same • Support the development of enduring operational tools such as market management systems for procuring and settling services by contributing to requirements gathering and end user testing • Support the development of the market design and processes (including registration, qualification, competition frameworks and validation and settlement) for participating in distribution flexible services pilots, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. • Work closely with other teams including Finance and Operations to monitor expenditure and support financial projection of flexible scheme costs
