Accomplishments • Build solution test bed and test similar to key customer topologies to run solution test plans on Various Junos platform with Multidimensional scale • Validate complete deployment scenarios in regard to multi-dimensionally scaled solutions of Juniper products and Junos for large customer accounts. • Develop comprehensive test plans based on product definitions, scaling targets and customer use case scenarios. • Developed Automation framework which is both topology independent and Modular using TOBY + ROBOT framework for Multidimensional scale testing • Define test strategies and test methodologies to deliver Campus and Branch solutions. • SME for Campus and Branch EVPN/Vxlan solution • Work on Customer solutions on Campus and Branch, Data Center solutions and DCI • Execute tests and discover defects at various stages of the release process. • Provided technical vision and strategy for enhancing the solution automation infrastructure to meet future requirements and to develop/deliver solutions at high standard • Build and maintain complex Testbeds for various solution testing. • Diagnosis and resolve customer issues during critical customer escalations. • Established consistently improve process within team by measuring few metrics that’s helps to keep the team in higher standard • Generate Solution test reports with data points collected during the execution to share with the customer /accounts team/documentation team • Provide technical leadership for the team on high-impact projects • Debug sophisticated technical problems and find solutions • Mentor and coach a distributed team of engineers make them independent and build a high-performance team • Collaborated with product teams and peer engineering teams across the company to develop/deliver complex solutions to meet the customer requirements. • Address queries from PLM, TME, JTAC, SE and help the POC
