I am a futurist — someone who sees what’s next before it becomes obvious. By integrating AI into nearly every aspect of my work, I’ve begun to operate outside traditional time constraints. Things that once took weeks or were beyond reach — like writing an entire book (or several) — are now part of my regular creative output. I don’t just use AI; I amplify myself through it. I am a System Engineer at SIX, the leading provider of financial services in Switzerland and a global innovator in the field. With over 20 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity, I have a passion for building the future of finance and ensuring its security and reliability.As a System Engineer, I am responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Citrix - VDI / RDSH infrastructure and systems that support the core business functions and operations of SIX. I also manage and oversee the virtualization and cybersecurity aspects of the IT environment, ensuring compliance with the highest standards and best practices, including PCI-DSS requirements for secure payment processing. My expertise in PCI-DSS has enabled me to implement and maintain secure systems that protect sensitive cardholder data, ensuring SIX meets stringent regulatory standards. Some of the projects I have successfully delivered include the VMware Horizon implementation for users, the rapid deployment of Citrix RemotePC to enable remote work during COVID, and Citrix CVDA infrastructure implementation and upgrades to enhance performance and security.I have a master’s degree in Computer Science and multiple certifications in Citrix technologies, which demonstrate my technical expertise and proficiency. I also have strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, which enable me to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across the organization. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new technologies, and find innovative solutions to the challenges and opportunities that the financial industry faces in the digital era. I am keen to take on the role of Product Owner to lead the company in leveraging VDI solutions, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering cutting-edge virtualization technologies to meet business objectives. My goal is to contribute to the vision and mission of SIX and to drive the innovation that meets tomorrow’s needs.
