Responsible for Sales & Business Development at Valcourt, he works closely with each Division/BDM in the region, focusing on Go-To Market Strategies, Sales Initiatives, Estimating and Operations, and to build a deep understanding of how each area works and using that expertise to revolutionize the customer experience in waterproofing and concrete restoration. Art’s impressive background in sales management and his experience working with property managers, owner’s reps, and engineers results in a profound understanding of ways to continually transform Valcourt’s offerings to serve the end user more effectively. Art’s ability to drive sales in each of our existing and emerging markets has resulted in record-breaking growth,($100M+) along with an extensive roster of satisfied clients.Valcourt is an all-inclusive building envelope general contractor that has been partnering with engineers, property managers/associations and serving the Southeast US for the last 25 years. We only work on existing structures, and love condo, hospitality, healthcare, and commercial property projects. Our specialties range from your basic paint and coating jobs, to waterproofing, stucco and concrete restoration and repair as well as window and sliding glass door replacement.
