Serve as Lead Secretariat of the Secretary General’s Task Force on Digital Financing of the SDGs (DFTF). Provide day-to-day leadership on all management issues of the Task Force, such as resource management, resource mobilisation, budget planning and management, staff oversight, and provision of status updates to the SG’s Cabinet, UNDP Executive Office, and donors- Build and maintain strong partnerships and knowledge sharing with UN partners who are members of the SG’s Task Force, such as Executive Office of the SG, UN DESA, UNICEF, and UN Women. Engage in direct communication and consultations with Senior Advisers to the leadership of the UN partners, ensuring that the Task Force’s work appropriately draws on the respective strengths and existing UN best practices in digital finance- Primary Advisor in the establishment of ‘SDG Impact’ aimed at developing a common set of assurance standards to ensure that an investor’s impact management practice is “SDG-enabling”. SDG Impact provides investors and businesses the clarity, insights, and tools required to support and authenticate their contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)- Managed several organizational strategic initiatives and change management processes, proposing business plans for such initiatives to senior executives for approval. Contributed to the organizational change agenda, particularly in the context of the Strategic Plan. Took the lead in analysis, development, implementation, coordination and reporting on specific initiatives- Led the global structural change initiative with the objectives of right-sizing according to programme size/delivery and regional footprint. Directed the development of functional blueprint and service delivery model, including the functional taxonomy and accountability framework.
