I am a senior level executive with extensive experience in the IT solutions and staffing services industry focused on growing revenue and profitability on a global basis. When dealing with existing or prospective clients, I always think it is critical to listen to their challenges and opportunities and partner with them for their success. I relish change to enable new approaches to problem-solving, and to me, it’s not as important who has the best idea, it\'s important that we implement the best idea. In pursuing a large contract, making an acquisition, or achieving the top supplier status with your client, for me it has always been a team effort and giving people an opportunity to succeed. My strengths are defining a strategy, pursuing the business, negotiating contracts, and building long term relationships with clients. Being a CEO of a public company, I was a member of the Board of Directors and understand the intricacies and challenges of the public environment.
