Arshia Kia, multifaceted as a family man, engineer, mentor, and public speaker, has also established his mark as a prolific REALTOR®. An alumnus of George Mason University with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Arshia spent a significant portion of his career serving the U.S. Federal Government.Renowned for his entrepreneurial acumen and prowess in real estate, Arshia has cultivated a reputation as a dedicated business mentor, respected within numerous communities. His efforts in orchestrating large-scale annual events, specifically the eagerly anticipated Persian New Year celebrations, have united thousands in a communal spirit.In 2017, Arshia transitioned his focus to real estate and quickly developed a formidable team of expert agents. His sustained excellence as a REALTOR® led to him being distinguished as a top producer in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area from 2018 onwards. Licensed to operate in Virginia, Washington D.C, and Maryland, Arshia\'s commitment to excellence was recognized with accolades, such as the KW Rookie of the Year in 2018 and the Cultural Ambassador in 2020.
