As a Strategic Reliability Asset Manager (SrAM), I specialise in developing and implementing enterprise frameworks that align asset performance, cost, and risk with organisational objectives. This includes the development of the Asset Lifecycle Decision-Making Criteria Framework and the Cost-to-Complete Governance Model, as well as assisting in the enhancement of PFM’s software systems and enabling tools that support asset information management, lifecycle planning, and performance optimisation.
