I have 15 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry. My core experience is in the field of Product Management and Channel Management within Insurance / Bancassurance.In my current role, I am heading Bancassurance Products within the Wealth division at Standard Chartered Bank, India. I started my career as a Territory Manager in the sales team, and then moved onto a Channel Management role overseeing multiple Banca and Broking partnerships. Since then, I have grown from managing single product portfolios to managing multiple product lines, to expanding businesses across channels and seeing them grow multifold. I have won multiple internal as well as industry level awards over the last 15 years.I have an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a B.E from Panjab University.
