Arjan has successfully coached C-suite executives of fortune 500 companies, senior leaders, corporate professionals, and business owners in the USA, Europe and Asia. She is an expert in leadership development, communication, emotional intelligence, personal branding, executive presence, female leadership, positive intelligence,career transition, and career reinvention. At a company level, she focuses on 360 degree feedback processes, professional assessments,cultural and organizational change as well as team alignment.
