As Head of After-Sales for Automobili Lamborghini India, I lead the brand’s after-sales strategy and operations across India, with extended responsibilities across APAC markets including Australia, New Zealand, Cambodia, and SEA. My role spans end-to-end responsibility for dealer network management, customer loyalty, profitability, technical support, and market expansion in the luxury automotive segment. By aligning operational excellence with Lamborghini’s global brand standards, I ensure that every after-sales touchpoint drives customer satisfaction, loyalty, and sustainable growth.Over the past decade, I have spearheaded transformative initiatives that delivered 190% revenue growth and positioned Lamborghini India as the #1 APAC market in customer loyalty. I have successfully optimized P&L portfolios, expanded after-sales networks across four countries, and implemented synergies with the VW Group to boost dealer profitability. My focus on customer-centric innovation ranging from Extended warranty penetration and lifestyle engagement programs to digitalized processes and sustainability project that has redefined service quality and strengthened brand affinity among high-net-worth customers.In addition to revenue and operational impact, I have championed strategic programs that prepare the network for ICE, hybrid, and EV readiness, while also launching Lamborghini’s presence in new markets such as Cambodia. By building high-performance teams, embedding rigorous compliance, and directly engaging with global headquarters, dealers, and stakeholders, I continue to position after-sales not just as a service function but as a strategic differentiator for long-term brand and business growth.
