ABOUT ARIELA TAL COACH

The intention of becoming a better boss took me to study personal coaching in the Adler Institute. Along the way it became my passion and I decided to turn it into my primary business. The second chapter of my career. That was a good decision! I continued my studies by specializing in relationships coaching, NLP and workshop leading. This was a long journey that took me to the right place for me: be meaningful for others, help them fulfill their goals and create a real change in the way they think, feel and act. I founded \'Adler at Work\', in order to adapt the methodology of Alfred Adler, which has been applied successfully for decades in the domestic environment, to the world of work and business.Through \'Adler at Work\', we add true value which generates better business results, by placing the emphasis on the human aspect and its contribution, to the success of the organization and its goals. Companies, organizations, non-profit associations, business men/women and individuals who want to improve their managing skills.Each \'Adler at Work\' project is custom built, together with the organization\'s leadership, and incorporates a tailor-made mix of services, to meet the organization\'s needs. In order to achieve better business results, we build the company\'s management strong and highly trained to create good working relationships, pleasant organizational atmosphere and solid employees\' attachment to the company. Designed specially for managers, incorporating theory with hands-on experience and practice. Personal Coaching. One-on-one sessions, to support managers and provide them with basic training tools to encourage their employees. Laser Coaching.
