ABOUT ARIAN LAMÉ

I grew up playing sports and fell in love with the game early. It didn’t matter what sport it was. I loved being active and being part of something bigger than myself. Sports were a top priority for me growing up, and they’ve shaped who I am today.I’m outgoing, kind, and caring. I value honesty, reliability, and kindness. I like being someone people trust and talk to. I build real connections and work to create positive experiences for others.Photography is another big part of my story. I grew up watching my grandpa and uncle take photos, and I followed their path. That creative side has pushed me to keep learning, keep building, and find new ways to bring energy to what I do.I have experience in retail, food services, photography, sales, and fitness operations. Through door-to-door sales, I developed strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills. I’ve helped members with accounts, handled new memberships, answered questions, and maintained a welcoming environment. These experiences have strengthened how I connect with people, manage daily operations, and stay focused in fast-paced settings.I’m passionate about the business side of sports, especially fan engagement, partnerships, marketing, and sports analytics. I’m also interested in scouting and athlete representation, where I can combine relationship-building with an eye for talent. My goal is to bring my knowledge, energy, and kindness into the sports industry, grow with an organization that values connection, and help create meaningful experiences for fans and athletes.I’m a sophomore at Arizona State University majoring in Sports Business. I’m excited to keep learning, building connections, and finding new ways to make an impact in the sports world.
