Developed and led product strategy and roadmap for a diverse customer and partner base. Role involves gaining a deep understanding of customer experiences and needs to identify jobs to be done. Work to identiy and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas to grow market share and improved customer experience. Collected, aggregate and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from different sources (both internal and external) to prioritize requirements. Monitore and use product data and metrics to validate the most impactful product hypotheses. Translate market problems into a list of detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, created prototypes supported by market research and ongoing interaction with both customers and non-customers. As a senior leader, develope internal talent within my own team and alongside other product leaders.
