ABOUT AREIANAZ EGHBALI

I am a recent graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, where I earned a B.A. in Psychology with minors in Journalism and Public Policy. I am currently a Quality Manager at Epic, working to support high-quality, reliable healthcare delivery within large healthcare systems.My academic and professional background is rooted in understanding human behavior and its intersection with healthcare, equity, and complex systems. At UC Berkeley, I conducted public health research with the School of Public Health as a Youth Equity Discovery Initiative Scholar, supported student wellbeing as a Mental Health Student Counselor, and served as the Retention & Development Director for a multicultural student organization. These experiences continue to inform how I approach my work today, particularly in how I analyze information, communicate across teams, and think about impact at scale.I bring experience across research, writing, project management, and digital media, and am comfortable working in roles that require both analytical rigor and clear communication.
