Principal Architect and Studio Manager focused on strategic growth, team leadership, and quality delivery. My design and project management background spans transit station enhancements, rail car facility designs, K–12 education renovations, industrial and utility infrastructure capital programs, and commercial office interiors. I also serve as Corporate Quality Representative for the Buildings and Places business line, working with leadership and team members to drive continuous quality improvement. My goal is to empower team success through coaching and by supporting practice-wide initiatives involving BIM, AI, and Quality. Currently, the Philadelphia Studio champions the use of LiDAR, Mixed Reality, and the application of AI in design and administrative operations.
