Degree Apprentice Surveyor @CBRE

I am delighted to say I am officially starting as an apprentice surveyor within the Northern Valuation team at CBRE. Within in the working week I am also actively working towards my BSc honours in Real Estate Management remotely through UCEM.After completing my first year within the valuation team, I have now rotated into the Northern Industrial Agency team. This involves developing soft skills with prospective tenants who are seeking new space, whilst maintaining great relationships with our clients, both asset managers and landlords.Having now completed my second year at CBRE, I have now rotated into a Development Advisory role, working on projects which provide me with exposure to the full life cycle of various properties.
