Passionate and Strategic Digital & Ecommerce executive with 15+ years of international experience across Australia, China, and France.With my engineering and technology background, complemented by a recently completed EMBA, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise, business and strategic acumen to the table. My passion for eCommerce and marketing drives me to craft and execute impactful strategies, build and lead high-performing teams, and develop profitable online businesses, all while ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.I am a customer-obsessed, data-driven problem solver who does not hesitate to get hands-on when needed. Just as importantly, I listen to my end user, understand their pain points and use those insights to drive meaningful product and business decisions. I am an effective communicator able to build strong relationships with all stakeholders, including C-level executives as well as key external vendors. I am also a product-centric professional who prides myself on understanding and anticipating customers’ needs; Knowing which products they want and how to source them and how to best to deliver them. As a leader, I’ve managed teams of various sizes, from a few people in a start-up environment to over 200 in a larger organization. I firmly believe in cultivating a supportive culture where every teammate can grow, thrive, and feel genuinely empowered.Born and raised in France, I moved to Sydney with my family in early 2016 and have cherished every moment in this beautiful city ever since. Before moving to Australia, I spent 8 incredible years living in Shanghai: An experience I feel deeply privileged to have had. Immersed in both professional and personal environments, I not only gained valuable insights but also became fluent in Mandarin Chinese, a skill that continues to benefit me here in Sydney.Outside of work, I am a sports enthusiast with a passion for running, trail running, social football, and racquet sports. I thrive on setting personal challenges, such as completing a 50km ultra trail in the Blue Mountains and currently training for my first marathon.
