As a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, I have experience working across all aspects of Recruitment. I have and still wear many hats across the EPAM Recruiting Organiziaion including managing TA Delivery teams, coordinating TA-related Mergers and Acquisitions activities, Operations, Data & Analytics, Tools, Programs, and People Management. I have spent most of my career growing, developing, and managing mid to large-size TA Delivery teams of Recruiters, Researchers, and Recruiting Operational Specialists along with working very closely with business partners and hiring managers. My background within recruiting is pretty varied as far as types of roles, industries, and companies but has always been centered around the technology space. On a personal note, my hobby is the relentless pursuit of more hobbies. Some of my current ones are reading, baking, painting, fly fishing, hiking, playing sports, watching college football, and legos with my son.
