About Aparna Krishnan
Hi, I\'m Aparna Krishnan, I\'m from Cincinnati, Ohio. I\'m a Media Advertising major at the Media School at IU. In high school, I took multiple marketing courses and absolutely loved them. I loved the creative and public speaking aspect and knew I wanted to continue with it in college. I\'m an incredibly extroverted person who makes quick connections with people and loves utilizing my creative and artistic ability to work collaboratively. As my senior project, I learned how to create balloon decorations such as balloon arches and columns. This let me utilize my creative and artistic sides while learning a new skill. I was then hired by this company and was able to work with people who fit a completely different demographic than me to complete orders for customers. I was able to use my extroversion to build that connection and because of that, I was able to continue to work with this company after my project concluded. I plan on utilizing my creative and artistic side in my future career endeavors and would love to continue with public speaking as well. I would like to pursue a career in branding, advertising or sales.
