ABOUT AOIFE BEHAN

Over the past 20 years, I’ve supported executive leaders and teams across the tech and construction industries—helping drive strategic agility, effective decision-making, and organisational performance. I’m passionate about people, the intersection of culture and strategy, and I’m drawn to meaningful projects that create impact and help others to succeed. I hold a Master\'s in Business Studies (MBS), specialising on Leadership, Strategic Performance, and Organisational Behaviour. As Chief of Staff at Mercury, I work closely with the CEO and senior leadership teams to enhance performance and deliver against our Go Beyond strategic objectives. My role spans executive communications, leading change initiatives, and partnering with senior leaders to align priorities, drive strategic performance, and navigate complexity across the business.I LOVE good humour and value kindness, trust, appreciation, integrity, and warmth. I care deeply about fairness, meaningful connections, and looking for the good in others whenever possible. I value continuous learning and leading with curiosity and empathy.
