Hello! I\'m a social impact professional with a passion for building self-reliant, resilient communities. Leveraging my experience in designing and implementing sustainable interventions, I\'ve driven impact across themes including healthcare, financial inclusion, livelihood enablement, and access to education. In my current role at the Kantar Group, I lead a diverse program portfolio, with a focus on equipping women with sustainable incomes. In my previous role at Samhita Social Ventures, I implemented a rapid-scale COVID-19 vaccination drive (\'Shot in the Arm\') singlehandedly impacting 1.4 million+ lives during the pandemic crisis. I have also been a part of the prestigious Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program led by the late Prof. James McGann at the Lauder Institute, University of Pennsylvania.
