ABOUT ANUSHA RANDAD

I am is a driven and dedicated Senior Consultant at EY, currently based in Dublin, Ireland. Employing my adept understanding of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), I have successfully collaborated with a major Irish retail bank, a global insurance company, and a global bank. I have proven my ability to conduct rigorous desktop reviews of documents, performing detailed gap assessments, identifying policy gaps, and providing tailored recommendations to update and align policies with current regulatory standards. Additionally, I have led the drafting of two important documents under DORA: the ICT Risk Management Framework and the Digital Operational Resilience Strategy. In addition to my work on DORA, I partnered with a Nordic client to track the delivery of authoritative data sources within the bank, particularly in relation to BCBS 239 critical data, ensuring compliance with ECB commitments. This engagement was data-centric, focusing on data governance and architecture. My ability to navigate complex data environments has enabled me to contribute effectively to enhancing operational resilience. I completed my postgraduate journey by earning a Master\'s Degree in International Management from Trinity College Dublin. I am fascinated by the interplay between diverse global markets and the inherent challenges of cross-cultural management, and I am committed to leveraging my knowledge to optimize the performance of any organization I engage with.
