With the team of 1200+ persons across globe, we support more than 300 + global customers.\\\\nRecently ventured into Electrical & Electronic segment with greenfield investment for complete EMI/EMC, Wireless & RF facility and acquired EMTAC lab in Hyderabad for complete Electrical Safety, Performance, environmental & certification business with future expansion plan of investment in multiple location.\\\\nRole & Responsibilities\\\\n• Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth\\\\n• Design daily operational programs that produce organizational objectives month over month\\\\n• Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources and keeping them align with company vision & goal\\\\n• Establish and grow relationships with appropriate partners, associations & regulatory bodies\\\\n• Manage overall P&L of the vertical by establishing cost parameters and to keep bottom line healthy & top line high\\\\n• Appropriate & timely financial decision and Effective utilisation of financial resources for consistent growth and a step ahead towards organisation mission\\\\n• Maintain a forecast and targeting sales attainment plan\\\\n• Marketing plan to promote and build our brand to become first choice of potential customers & business partners\\\\n• Business plan & meticulous execution to gain 15% market share by 2025\\\\n• Market research and identifying growth segments for future investment plans\\\\n• Look for potential acquisition, alliance and other growth opportunity\\\\n• Talent management to retaining as well as developing leaders for future\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
