As a Movie Acquisition Coordinator at Cineverse, I support the content acquisition team by managing and streamlining the end-to-end process of acquiring films for digital and linear platforms including Fandor, Docurama and others. My role involves coordinating with distributors, sales agents, producers, directors, and production houses to track rights availabilities, assess incoming screeners, and maintain updated records across multiple internal systems.I assist in deal negotiations by preparing acquisition materials, maintaining title tracking grids, and ensuring all contractual requirements are met in a timely manner.I collaborate closely with legal, marketing, and delivery teams to facilitate smooth onboarding of content, from initial interest to final delivery and launch. Additionally, I monitor industry trends and film festival lineups to identify promising titles that align with our audience and platform strategy.This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for global cinema and content strategy.
