With a culture focused on diversity, inclusion, and sustainability, Cogent earned 13 best workplace awards in 2022, including top honors for Women, Diversity, and Culture.Responsibilities:•Managing a diverse portfolio of SLED Accounts along with NYCDSS/NYCHRA & Unisys (Pinnacle: MSP)•Responsible for supporting and tracking the full cycle of requisition including requisition creation & review, sourcing, final screening, submission to the client, client follow-up, interview scheduling, interview prep with the candidate, post-interview debriefing, offer communications, candidate/sales data sheet creation, sharing first day instructions, 1st day EQC, 1st week EQC and maintain monthly EQCs.•Tracked offers & rejections and report to the recruitment team on “hot” requisitions and new opportunities.•Maintained trackers for all new and prospective hires with BGC status & active start dates.•Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, collaborating closely to understand their staffing needs, provide regular updates, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.•Conducted spotlight meetings to identify pain points in sourcing strategies, utilizing market data around rates, titles and contract terms.•Facilitated weekly calls with 10+ clients to review open requisitions & any new opportunities along with a forecast for new business.•Assisted active contractors with timesheet related queries.•Assisted the payroll department with timecard edits/corrections via the client VMS system.
