Role: Supports and promotes a passion for the credit union\'s Vision, Mission, and Guiding Values. Responsible for the design, maintenance, operation, front line security administration, and support for the entire Rogue Credit Union (RCU) Enterprise Information Technology (IT) Server Infrastructure. Provides leadership and direction to a team of skilled technical resources who manage not only day-to-day production support but various project activities as well. Systems include all aspects of RCU\'s O365 environments, all servers, data storage management, data backups, and Disaster Recovery architecture, documentation, and testing. Sets priorities for the team, ensuring that service requests are responded to in a timely and professional manner. The position is responsible for guiding the strategy and instrumental in contributing to the overall IT system architectural plans. Establishes technical priorities, and has departmental responsibility for standards, procedures, and policy compliance. Makes sound, measured and methodical decisions in conjunction with the Loyalty Filter.
