I am an Education Consultant in the Tax-Exempt Market Participant Engagement unit of Fidelity Investments. In this role I provide investment education to participants of Employer Sponsored 401(k) and 403(b)/401(a) retirement plans through Fidelity\'s Virtual channel leveraging various distance learning technologies. An underlying objective of the role is to optimize the customer experience through providing guidance and motivation so that participants take action in the creation, building, and/or enhancement of their personal financial position in order to achieve their respective savings goals. I am a graduate of the College of Charleston with an Economics major and Finance concentration. I have also served as a Minister of Music since 1998.
