ABOUT ANTHONY MATTHEWS

With over 20 years of experience in the customer service industry, I am a people change leader with a proven track record of improving customer experience, enhancing people development, and creating a culture of empowerment and ownership. I have proven skills in process improvement, strategy implementation, and problem solving.I was the Managing Executive for People Change at CCI Global, where I supported people change strategies that enabled organisational growth and delivered a people-centric agenda. I reported to the Chief People Officer and worked with multiple stakeholders across different sites and regions. Previously, I was the Head of Resource Planning for UK and South Africa at CCI South Africa, where I managed all aspects of resource planning end to end. Before joining CCI, I held various leadership positions at British Gas, where I developed effective strategies, managed complex projects, and implemented process improvements that drove significant cost savings and enhanced individual capabilities.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong ability to lead and motivate teams, manage performance at all levels, and identify weaknesses and strengths to deliver core business objectives. I have also a grounded understanding of project management, HR principles, and their application in day to day life. My passion is to drive success through people development and customer experience, and I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
