Direct all server and compute operations across a multi-Cloud and multi-Data Center footprint supporting more than users through internal teams, multiple vendors and managed service providers across multiple time zones, cultures, regulatory environments, technologies, currencies and languages. Coordinate with leadership, my customers, internal technical and procurement teams to define and align requirements, roadmaps and strategy. Set and have consistently met or exceeded efficiency targets within my areas of control. Partner with business to determine cost/value metrics with detailed cost tracking to service and application level. Provide optimization targets and consumption data to drive and measure value. Aligned key performance indicators and practices needed to achieve control, measurement and improvement of areas of focus – Reliability, Capacity, Change, Incident, Financial, Satisfaction, Risk, Vulnerability and more.
