That same mindset has shaped how I approach leadership and operations today.With over 10 years in operations and 9 years in leadership roles, I\'ve built my career from the ground up in the hospitality and food service industry. As a General Manager, I oversee complex day-to-day operations with a strong emphasis on financial performance, team development, and operational excellence.My experience includes managing high-volume locations, coaching diverse teams, and consistently delivering results across multiple markets. I\'m hands-on with COGs, SPLH, labor cost control, budget management, and P&L analysis—always digging into the numbers to find areas of opportunity and drive sustainable growth.Whether on canvas or in business, I’ve learned that success comes from the discipline of showing up, paying attention to the small things, and continuously refining your craft.
