a. Financial Accounting & Analyticsi. In my capacity both as a transaction analyst and senior credit risk analyst I gained exposure to and was formerly trained on specific aspects of the FASB and GAAP. In my credit roles I performed profitability analysis through financial statement and tax return analysis, focusing on specific performance metrics, market trends, lease terms, and an evaluation of the quality and skill set of the business managers, to make credit decisions and assign proper risk rating. ii. In my role as a transaction analyst with Bank of America (formerly LaSalle Bank & Trust) I handled the accounting and reconciliation for CDO and TRS deals, monitoring the performance of the asset pool, and maintaining a ledger.b. Project Management, Construction, Commercial Real Estatei. As managing member of KOM Investments I have acted as project manager and general contractor for multiple commercial construction projects, including the construction of multiple early childhood education centers, and commercial kitchens. I have collaborated with architects, structural engineers, and navigated regulatory guidelines, while meeting deadlines and managing the project budget.ii. In my professional career I have reviewed, negotiated and structured, modified, and transferred multiple long term and complex commercial leases.
